Policies

Siena Animal Hospital is a business and does require payment for services the same day.  For boarding or extensive medical or surgical cases and hospitalization, a 50% deposit is required upon admission. 

We accept numerous forms of payment and do not extend credit directly to clients.

• Checks - local checks only with valid photo ID and copy of Drivers License
• Pet Insurance- does require payment up-front, but the insurance company will reimburse a portion of your expenses.

Siena employees will provide Health Care Plans for all significant procedures. Please request a copy if you need one.
